paintings have been called differently by different art
critics at different exhibitions. Some of my works are
pure abstract expressionist while others are mixed with
impressionist flavor and a touch of oriental influence.
I like to be able to paint what I want in the manner that
is suited to the mood and theme or subject at hand. So
my work could vary from realistic to abstract. But I like
semi abstract the most and feel more at ease in painting
landscape from my imagination. Occasionally, I would add
a little suggestion of human forms and birds in my paintings."

find that many people do not understand or comprehend
the purely abstract style. I began to slowly introduce
some recognizable shapes or objects to lead the
viewers on. Then I became interested more in the
spirituality in art. I find that I could do so
much more easily using abstract shapes and concentrating
on creating moods and expressions through the
use of colors and textures."
